    Before you can receive payment for goods or services provided to the City, we must have a W-9 form on file. 
    The City of Grand Rapids uses VSS (Vendor Self Service) for adding vendors to our financial system, and for updating current vendors.
    VSS is part of Advantage 360- a financial management system.  Anyone wishing to do business with the City must complete the online Vendor Registration.
