Important Notice About Water/Sewer Bills
We appreciate your patience as we transition to our new printing and presentment vendor. Bills issued on or before March 27, 2026, can be viewed in eServices. Statements generated after that date will soon be available on our new platform, InfoSend. You may continue to view your account balance at any time through grpayit.
At this time, we can email any statements dated on or after 03/27/26 at no charge until customers have full access through InfoSend. If you need copies of statements during this transition period, please email water@grcity.us or contact 311 Customer Service.
