Reserve Parking
This reservation page includes both City-operated and privately-operated parking facilities. City-operated ramps and lots do not exceed $25, plus applicable fees.
Accessible Transportation
Parking
The Market Cherry lot (125 Market Ave SW.) is the designated paid ADA parking area for Amphitheater visitors, providing the closest access to the front doors and 60 dedicated accessible parking stalls.
- Parking costs $20 for the event night.
- Reservations are not required for ADA parking at the Market Street Lot. Visitors are welcome to drive-up the night of their event.
- Patrons must display a valid handicap mirror placard or license plate registered in their name.
- Patrons with a yellow sticker are allowed to park at no cost.

- Accessible pick-up and drop-off is also at the Market Cherry lot (125 Market Ave SW).
Additional accessible parking options are available on-site at the Amphitheater's parking ramp. Reservations for paid ADA spots at the Amphitheater parking garage are optional but not required and are available on ParkMobile.
Public Transit
The DASH is an ADA/wheelchair accessible vehicle, free to ride, and will drop you right at the venue. There are DASH stops near most parking locations in Downtown. See the DASH map to plan your trip.
Rideshare
The Market Cherry lot (125 Market Ave. SW) is the designated ADA pickup/drop-off location. Riders who request an ADA trip through their app will be directed there automatically.
Those with accessibility needs and are riding with family and friends without an ADA placard can use our designated pickup and drop-off zone at the Market Cherry lot (125 Market Ave SW.)
If ADA trips are unavailable in our rideshare app, we recommend taking the DASH, which is ADA/wheelchair accessible, free to ride, and will drop you right at the venue.
We'll continue to advocate with our rideshare partners to make WAV and Accessibility ride features available to their Grand Rapids customers.

Ionia/McConnell Lot
Shuttle Service
A shuttle will transport visitors parking at the Ionia/McConnell lot and Downtown Market lot to the amphitheater.
- Start time: 1.5 hours before each event
- Shuttles will operate for 6.5 hours
- The shuttle will arrive to Ionia/McConnell every 20 minutes
- The shuttle is not wheelchair accessible.
Pick-up: The former DASH stop by the lower Ionia/McConnell lot.
Drop-off: Intersection of Bartlett St and Market Ave.

Public Transit
The DASH
The Downtown Area Shuttle (DASH) will link event night parking with the Acrisure Amphitheater. The event night route will begin at 5 pm (or 2 hours before show time) and run until midnight.
DASH vehicles are wheelchair accessible and have stops located near most City owned ramps.
The Rapid
- Take The Rapid and arrive at Rapid Central Station.
- Exit through the North end of the depot, walk straight down Williams St SW (0.2 Miles or 5-minute walk) to arrive at amphitheater.
Park & Ride
The routes below provide free parking and a convenient bus stop with service to Rapid Central Station, which is located right next to the amphitheater. NOTE: The Rapid routes stop running by midnight, please confirm the last ride for your select route.

For trips that start or stop in the geofenced zone, pickup and drop-off will be available on the Fulton St. Bridge AND Cesar E. Chavez Ave. beneath US‑131, between Oakes & Cherry.
This restriction is exclusive to event nights in order to alleviate traffic concerns and facilitate mobility.
